Children Summer Reading Programming MADE EASY!
For children, I present a fun-filled 45-minute program that explores the wonderful world of reading, the library, and the magic found in books, incorporating the children's theme each year. Children will delight in the magic, and also learn how important it is to read books. The show is full of laughs, comedy, magic, corny things that children love, and lots of audience participation! As a special bonus, all children present receive a free, colorful, sturdy bookmark.
I also have a separate hour-long program called "Fun with Magic". This program is designed to teach basic magic tricks to children ages 7 through 11, using commen objects like rubber bands, crayons, potholder loops, and playing cards. I provide instruction sets and all necessary program materials for each child (up to 20 children included in the basic fee).

Teens 
Tales From Beyond is Bruce Hetzler's Teen and Young Adult Program. It is a program designed to capture teens' attention. They will love the eerie supernatural tales and spooky magical happenings. Teens will learn about mentalist powers, and hear tales of mayhem and the macabre!
This is a show that involves the dead spirit of Jack the Ripper, Voodoo, Shrunken Heads, the Titanic, the Salem Witch Trials, and more. Tales From Beyond is geared for ages 12 to 17. It is full of audience participation and memborable surprises!
Tales From Beyond is ideal for teen audiences. It will not only attract them to literature, but will also encourage them to use the library to find out more about topics that really appeal to them!
